Space Station and Satellite Predictions

The International Space Station (ISS) can easily be seen gliding overhead—if you know where and when to look. SkyNews editor Terence Dickinson took the photo at the right of the ISS as it cruised above his house in eastern Ontario.

The ISS will appear as a bright starlike object as it crosses the sky. If you are able to view the fast-moving ISS through a telescope, you may be able to discern some shape.

Heavens-above.com is a satellite prediction website that lists when visible passes of the ISS and other satellites can be seen from your location.
